Position Summary

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department. This role is responsible for building trust, understanding customer needs, communicating service processes and timelines, and ensuring that vehicles are maintained and repaired to peak performance.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and by phone. Build trust, explain maintenance and repair needs, provide accurate estimates, and set clear expectations on timelines.

  • Service Productivity: Coordinate repair orders with technicians, ensuring all recommended services are properly documented and approved. Maintain workflow efficiency within the service drive.

  • Operational Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, processing work orders, and ensuring accurate billing and register transactions.

  • Policy Compliance: Follow all dealership policies related to cash, credit, checks, refunds, and returns. Work with management to resolve service issues and customer complaints.

  • Automotive Services Support: Explain routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, battery testing/replacement, and factory-recommended maintenance. Ensure vehicle inspections are completed thoroughly.

  • Safety Leadership: Reinforce adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures within the service department.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and management to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

  • Shop Maintenance: Help maintain an organized and professional service drive and customer lounge.

  • Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support service operations.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Licensing: Valid Driver's License.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an automotive service environment preferred; prior sales or customer service experience strongly valued.

  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance services, and repair processes.

  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and commissions accurately.

  • Communication: Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work during days, evenings, and holidays as required.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing financing for customers purchasing new and used vehicles, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and contributing to the profitability of the dealership through the sale of financial products and services


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Financing: Present financing options to customers, explaining terms and benefits to help them make informed decisions.

  • Lender Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing rates for customers.

  • Compliance: Ensure all finance transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as dealership policies.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals that meet customer needs and maximize dealership profitability.

  • Product Sales: Sell financial products such as extended warranties, insurance, and protection plans to enhance the customer experience and generate additional revenue.

  • Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary paperwork for finance transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Training: Provide guidance and training to sales staff on finance products and processes.

  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns related to financing, providing exceptional service throughout the process.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I) roles.

  • Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing automotive finance transactions.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell financial products and services effectively.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Technology: Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to factory standards.

    • Collaborate with Service Advisors, fellow Technicians, and the Parts Department to ensure efficient workflow.

    • Accurately translate customer-reported concerns into actionable repair orders.

    • Perform thorough inspections and recommend additional services when appropriate.

    • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, following all OSHA regulations daily.

    • Deliver excellent customer service by explaining completed work in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.

    • Attend team meetings and dealership trainings as required.

    • Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Dealership experience required - at least 2-3 years as a Mopar Technician in a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department.

    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    • Must provide your own tools.

    • Strong technical and diagnostic skills with a proven record of success.

    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends).
