Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our team. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and succeed. Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to achieve personal and team goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Vehicle Knowledge: Research and present available vehicles, features, and benefits to maximize customer satisfaction and match buyers with the best vehicle for their lifestyle.

• Sales Process: Accurately prepare and complete sales paperwork, ensuring all details are submitted to the Finance Manager in a timely and professional manner.

• Customer Retention: Build and maintain relationships with customers by following up regularly, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging repeat and referral business.

• Product Training: Complete all required factory and dealership training programs to stay up to date on the latest vehicles, features, and technologies.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales professionals, sales managers, and finance team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, respectful, and solution-oriented service at every step of the process.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to complete all required factory training.

• Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
