This entry‑level position is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in automotive appearance and vehicle care. Key Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing Clean, wash, vacuum, and recondition vehicles Inspect vehicle cleanliness and overall presentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate with service advisors and technicians Deliver excellent customer service and uphold dealership standards

Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our team. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and succeed. Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to achieve personal and team goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Vehicle Knowledge: Research and present available vehicles, features, and benefits to maximize customer satisfaction and match buyers with the best vehicle for their lifestyle.

• Sales Process: Accurately prepare and complete sales paperwork, ensuring all details are submitted to the Finance Manager in a timely and professional manner.

• Customer Retention: Build and maintain relationships with customers by following up regularly, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging repeat and referral business.

• Product Training: Complete all required factory and dealership training programs to stay up to date on the latest vehicles, features, and technologies.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales professionals, sales managers, and finance team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, respectful, and solution-oriented service at every step of the process.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Willingness to complete all required factory training.

• Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred, but not required - we will provide full training for the right candidate.
